| The International Book & Stationary Company was a chip distributor located in El Paso, TX. El Paso had very little if any gambling. Gambling was, after all, illegal in El Paso. Juarez, on the other hand was a hot bed of gambling. US citizens would cross the Rio Grande to gamble. It is a safe bet to assume that chips delivered to the International B&S were meant for use in Mexico. | ||
